Went for my first Autumn run this morning around Knettishall Heath and it was lovely, the air was crisp the wind was...well...windy and barely a soul in sight, the benefits of early morning running.
The start of Autumn also signifies something very important to me at the moment, not only is it the start of the best time of year but it also means that I have only 6.5 weeks left until I go to Oklahoma and my American Girl.....Yay!!
